Return Policy
- 1. Products whose packaging has been tampered with or are damaged during shipment are only eligible for return.
2. We dispatch shipments with damage free packaging and utmost care . Nonetheless, if you suspect your package has been tampered with or products received are damaged , please record a video while unboxing the package and contact our staff via email/whatsapp within 2 days of receipt of products .
3. If you get an SMS claiming that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the company staff within 24 hours of receiving the email/SMS confirming delivery.
4. All returns are processed within 10 days from the date of request. Please contact our Customer Support if you have any questions about your return.
5. If you have purchased our products from some other online shopping platform, you will have to abide by the terms and conditions of the return policy of that particular online shopping platform only.
6 . Shipping charges on the order will not be refunded in case of return of the product.
